Hai Aoi desu ^^/
this time really different like usual... Aoi try to using english for review something Aoi's watched.
First, sorry for my bad english because english is my 2nd languages. I just wanna try to share what I understand from my little skill of japan's language. I know, I'm still far to understand and need more time too learn.

While Okita sing a song, Hijikata stop him with a complain from the lyric. There's something wrong with the lyrics ( I think for the wrong place or telling something bad kids ) so Okita say sorry for it and wanna try one more time. Hijikata let him but stop it because of the strange ( another ) lyrics. Okita who don't wanna lose, return the answer and they stop talking about that song again.
They continue talked about the day ( for the spot ). Hijikata asked him for something enjoying and interesting there. Okita say 'being here (the spot) really interesting ( tanoshi ), right' and Hijikata reply with the emotion for the agreement ( ofcourse there must be interesting ). While Hijikata eating his snack, Okita talked with Saizo with an idea so its start tickling Hijikata.
Hijikata who feel angry (??) throw it to the audiences. Okita request for taking back Saizo to him. First Hijikata reject it but at the end ( after some complains about Hijikata to take his responsibility ) he start to move to find Saizo ( for the funny part, he leave his snack to Okita's mouth. )
While Hijikata walking back to the spot, he still complaining for taking Saizo and he asking Okita why Okita give a name for a pig. Okita say the reason and give some space for Hijikata ( sorry I didn't get the reasons ). Okita give back the snack but Hijikata let it. Okita accept it with happy face which make Hijikata feel funny for him.

H : take it
O : it's alright? ( iin desuka )
H: ok..*still moving for sit position*
O : i'm glad... ( yokatta ) *happy face*
H : *look at Okita* are u really wanna it? ( from *ureshii* )
Hijikata take the snack ( Okita just looking and confuse ) and try to force it it Okita's mouth. Okita try to move and still say apologize to Hijikata. After a little quarrel, ( and Hijikata say 'kawaii' which make all audience scream ) they start to following the script line and Tetsu come in but spoil the glass.

This is what I know or understand. Please not flameor help me for the wrong words or sentences I use because i'm still learning.
Actually I found the other skit from niconico which they really interesting and really make Okita-Hijikata's fans all scream ^^
hahahha.. okay...
